First-time recipients will receive a text message and e-mail containing the transaction details with a link to complete their hellopaisa profile. The recipient should follow the link where they will be prompted to complete their personal information and upload their FICA documents.
The recipients’ profile then goes for compliance verification. Upon approval, the funds will be released to their bank account.
An initial message is sent to the recipient to follow the link to complete their profile for the signup process.
The recipient receiving the link confirms that the transaction details are correct.
Basic personal details are required to complete the profile.
Physical Address information is required to proceed to next step.
The recipient is required to Accept a Mandate authorising hellopaisa to process funds on their behalf.
hellopaisa requires proof of identification in the form of a photo of the ID document and selfie.
The recipient profile is registered with hellopaisa and all information successfully submitted.
The recipient information will be reviewed in a compliance review process confirming recipient details and validation of documents.
Payments made on weekdays before 15:00 will be credited to the receiving bank account by midnight of the same day.
Payments made on a Saturday, Sunday or Public holiday will be credited to the account by midnight of the 1st following business day.
Payments made on weekdays after 15:00 will be credited by midnight the following day.
