Embedded Cover Disclaimer
As a result of your successful remittance, you are now insured under the Embedded Accidental Death Cover Plan at no cost to you. This policy is underwritten by Guardrisk Microinsurance Limited (FSP License Number 51674) and administered by Hello Protect (Pty) LTD (FSP License Number 49260).

A policy schedule and the policy document will be issued to you within 24 hours, which contains all the terms and conditions of this cover. Legal and contractual relationship with the Insurer: Guardrisk Microinsurance Limited and Hello Protect Pty) Ltd have concluded a shareholder and subscription agreement that entitles Hello Protect (Pty) Ltd to place insurance business with Guardrisk Microinsurance Limited and to share in the profits and losses generated by the insurance business. Guardrisk Microinsurance Limited may distribute dividends, at the sole discretion of its Board of Directors to Hello Protect (Pty) Ltd during the existence of the Policy.
Remuneration paid to Intermediary and Administrator: Hello Paisa (Intermediary) and Hello Protect (Binder Holder) do not earn any fees on the Embedded Accidental Death Plan Premium which has been paid on your behalf by Hello Paisa.
