Hello Paisa Win a Pick n Pay voucher T&C’s
Terms and Conditions : 16 May – 16 August 2022
1.
The HelloPaisa Win a Pick n Pay voucher Competition (“Competition”) is open to all all HelloPaisa remittance customers.
2.
Hello Paisa employees and their immediate families may not participate in the Competition.
3.
By entering the Competition, entrants agree to abide by the rules and conditions of the Competition, as set out herein.
4.
To qualify for this Competition, each entrant must settle a Hello Paisa remittance transaction at a Pick n Pay branch before the 16 August 2022.
5.
The Competition runs from 16 May 2022 11:00 GMT + 2 and ends at 16 August 2022 11:00 GMT + 2.
6.
Winners will be drawn and announced through the duration of the competition.
7.
The winners will be selected through a random draw from all valid entries. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.
Winners will be notified by SMS and telephone; the chosen medium of communication will be chosen by HelloPaisa in its sole discretion.
9.
The prize will be awarded to the winner via an SMS to the registered Hello Paisa cellphone number provided by the customer. Should the SMS be undelivierable after 72 (seventy-two) hours of the announcement, the winner will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be drawn by Hello Paisa (in its sole election).
10.
A prize refers to a Pick n Pay voucher of a value chosen by HelloPaisa in its sole discretion.
11.
The prize is not transferable nor exchangeable for cash.
12.
HelloPaisa reserves the right to make media announcements and/or publish names and photographs of competition winners. No additional consent shall be required from winners, as winners, through their entry, agree to the use of their name and photograph for marketing purposes via social media, email marketing or SMS. No additional compensation shall be payable to any entrant or winner for use of their name or photograph.

Hello Paisa and its employees are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, claim and/or action in connection with, or resulting from the entrant’s participation in a HelloPaisa competition or acceptance of a prize.
14.
No person may win a HelloPaisa competition more than once in any ninety-day period. Any winner who has won a HelloPaisa competition in the preceding ninety days will be disqualified from the Competition and another winner will be drawn.
15.
